60 Days Before

You’ve handled the planning, now it’s time to hand it off. Starting 60 days before your wedding, we step in to make sure your vision becomes reality, down to the very last detail. We’ll take over vendor communication, tighten your timeline, walk through your venue, and make sure every piece is in place so you don’t have to lift a finger when the big day comes.

What’s Included:

Planning & Prep

  • Three face-to-face meetings via Zoom or in person (Augusta or Portland)

  • Up to 30 hours of pre-wedding planning and coordination time. 

  • Unlimited email and phone support for final logistics

  • A detailed timeline from setup to send-off, approved by you and shared with your vendors

  • Custom ceremony and reception layout based on final guest count

Vendor Communication

  • We personally reach out to every vendor as your point of contact

  • Confirm arrival times, logistics, and your timeline with each vendor

  • Final venue walkthrough to lock in layout and flow

Rehearsal Services

  • Full rehearsal coordination

  • Itinerary for the wedding party upon request

Wedding Day Management

  • Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination

  • One additional assistant for weddings with up to 200 guests

  • Oversee vendor setup for ceremony and reception spaces

  • Set up of personal décor (card box, guest book, table numbers, etc.)

  • Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages

  • Wedding party coordination before the ceremony

  • Orchestration of key moments: entrances, toasts, first dances, cake cutting, and more

  • Collection and secure handling of personal items and gifts at the end of the night

You’ve made the plans, booked the vendors, and now the countdown is on. This package is perfect for couples who want extra support in the final stretch. Starting 30 days out, we step in to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Vendor Communication

  • Introduction and communication with all vendors as your point of contact

  • Confirm vendor arrival times and responsibilities

  • Full coordination of your ceremony rehearsal

  • Wedding party itinerary available upon request

  • Review of your vendor list, timeline, and setup plan

  • Coordination of final details the week of the wedding

  • Execution of a detailed wedding day timeline, discussed with and shared with vendors

Vendor Communication

  • Introduction and communication with all vendors as your point of contact

  • Confirm vendor arrival times and responsibilities

Wedding Day Management

  • Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination

  • Oversee setup of vendor and personal décor

  • Set up of items such as card box, signage, guest book, candles, and place cards

  • Distribute florals and assist the wedding party

Additional Assistant Required for Weddings over 150 guest $200

Not every wedding needs rows of chairs and a plated dinner. Maybe you’re hiking into the woods, heading to your family’s camp, or tying the knot at your favorite ice fishing hole, we’re in. We can help coordinate the entire elopement, wrangle a few vendors, or just show up at a moment’s notice with your flowers in hand. Whether it’s planned months in advance or decided over coffee, we’re here to make sure it all comes together, quietly and beautifully.

Elopement packages start at $300 and can include officiating if needed.

Pre & Post Wedding Events

Your celebration does not begin and end with the ceremony. We are here to help make the whole experience feel easy, joyful, and true to you. Whether that means organizing a bridal shower, coordinating a day after brunch, or helping plan a bachelor or bachelorette party that everyone actually enjoys, we are in.

We offer both coordination and planning for these events. Coordination means you have already chosen your venue, invited your guests, and made the big decisions. We step in to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day of. Planning is for when you need help from the ground up, including finding vendors, managing logistics, and building out the entire event from start to finish.

Coordination for additional events starts at $250 and includes support with timelines, setup, and day-of logistics for events that are already planned. If you need help building the event from the ground up, full planning starts at $500. This includes everything from selecting venues and vendors to designing the full experience. We are happy to customize the level of support based on what you need..
