Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are. We hold a business license in the state of Maine and carry insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance to any venue upon request.

How soon can you marry us?
We can legally marry you three days after you obtain your marriage license in the state of Maine.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit equal to 10 percent of your contract total, with a minimum of $100, to reserve your date.

Do you charge a travel fee?
We do not charge travel fees for weddings within 50 miles of Augusta, Maine. For anything beyond that, a travel fee may apply and will be calculated based on mileage.

Do you handle full-service wedding planning?
No, we do not offer full-service planning. We specialize in coordination, which means we step in after the planning is complete to manage logistics and ensure the day runs smoothly.

What is the difference between planning and coordination?
Planning is the full process of designing, booking, and managing your wedding from start to finish. Coordination starts closer to the wedding day. We take over communication, finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and make sure your plans are executed smoothly.

Do you officiate elopements and nontraditional ceremonies?
Yes. We happily officiate elopements, micro-weddings, and alternative ceremonies in all kinds of locations—from backyards to camps to wooded trails.

Will you hike in or travel to a remote location?
Yes. We are happy to travel to outdoor and off-the-beaten-path locations. We can hike up to five miles to a ceremony site if no ATV or vehicle access is available.

Can we customize our ceremony?
Absolutely. We offer custom ceremony scripts as well as more traditional formats. You can choose the tone, length, readings, and special elements. We work with you to make sure your ceremony feels like you.

Do you offer other services?
Yes, we offer a variety of add-on services including speech writing, rehearsal night support, love story presentations, and more.

Not at all. We are happy to work with any and all vendors you choose. This is your wedding, and we are here to support your vision.
