Officiating

Our officiating services are designed for couples who want a ceremony that feels personal, meaningful, and true to who they are.

This is a fully custom and collaborative experience from start to finish. You will begin by filling out a short questionnaire that helps us get to know you. How you met, what you love about each other, what makes your relationship unique, and what you envision for your ceremony. From there, we schedule a Zoom meeting to talk through your story, your values, and the overall tone you are hoping to set. Using everything you share, we craft a ceremony that reflects your relationship and the way you want to celebrate. We discuss the overall structure, key moments, and special elements you may want to include.

We then schedule a second Zoom meeting to walk through the ceremony together. This gives you the opportunity to hear how everything flows, share feedback, and request changes, while still keeping the ceremony a meaningful surprise and not reviewing it word-for-word.

Communication is unlimited throughout the process, and we are always happy to talk through ideas or questions as they come up.

An in-person rehearsal is included so everyone feels comfortable and confident going into the ceremony. On the wedding day, we arrive prepared, guide the processional, and officiate your ceremony with care and intention.
