Your Coordination Questions, Answered

  • Coordination supports and executes an existing plan. Full-service planning involves vendor sourcing, design development, budgeting, and planning from the very beginning. Most of our coordination couples have already booked their vendors and made their main decisions.

  • Yes. That is exactly who coordination is designed for. You plan. We organize, refine, and run the day.

  • We begin with structured check-in meetings around the six, three, and one month marks, while also being available for communication as questions arise.

  • That is totally fine. We adjust the process and focus on getting caught up quickly and prioritizing what matters most.

  • Pre-planning time is behind-the-scenes work done outside of meetings. This includes timeline building, vendor outreach, vendor confirmations, reviewing contracts, and logistics preparation.

  • We value clear, open communication. You will always have direct access to our team, and communication is unlimited. Meetings and communication never count toward pre-planning hours.

  • Personal décor refers to items you provide that add personal touches to your wedding.

  • We do not build large installations, hang heavy décor, construct arches, or set up rental items requiring significant labor or tools.

  • We do not provide catering service, bartending, photography, videography, floral design, heavy rental setup, or décor construction.
