Full Planning
Our Full Planning package is designed for couples who want comprehensive support and guidance from the very beginning. We require a minimum nine-month lead time to ensure we can fully support your planning process from start to finish. This package includes vendor recommendations and communication, design development, budget guidance, timeline and layout creation, and complete day-of execution. We manage every detail, both big picture and behind the scenes, to create a cohesive, well-curated celebration that reflects your vision.
A licensed officiant is included as part of this package, with the option to personalize your ceremony or choose from one of our thoughtfully written templates.
Pricing varies based on guest count, event size, travel, and overall expectations. A lead coordinator and assistant are included for full wedding day coverage.

Partial Planning
Our Partial Planning package is a great fit for couples who have already booked a venue and a few key vendors but want help pulling everything together. We typically begin around six months before the wedding, offering support through the remaining planning process. This includes vendor communication, timeline and layout development, design input, rehearsal coordination, and full day-of execution. We help connect the dots so you can move through the final stages with confidence and clarity.
A licensed officiant is included in this package, with options for a lightly personalized ceremony or a pre-written script that still feels meaningful and true to you.
Pricing varies based on guest count, event size, and overall expectations. A lead coordinator is included for the full day of your wedding.

90 Day Planning
Our 90-Day Planning package is designed for couples who have handled most of the early planning but want someone to step in and take over the final stretch. We begin working together three months before your wedding to review your plans, confirm vendors, build your timeline, and ensure everything is organized and ready to go. This package includes rehearsal coordination, full wedding day management, and light assistance with ceremony and reception setup, such as placing décor, signage, and personal touches.
A licensed officiant is also included, with the option to choose a pre-written ceremony or one with light customization to reflect your story and tone.
Unlimited communication begins as soon as you book. On the wedding day, a lead coordinator will provide up to eight hours of coverage. Additional staffing or extended hours can be added if needed.

Eloping?
Our Elopement Planning package is perfect for couples planning a small, meaningful ceremony who want help organizing the details without the stress. We’ll work with you to find the right location, connect you with a photographer or other key vendors, and guide you through timeline creation, permits (if needed), and the logistics of your day. Whether you’re envisioning a quiet coastal vow exchange or a mountaintop moment, we’ll help bring it all together simply and beautifully.
A licensed officiant is included, with the option to use one of our elopement-style scripts or add light personalization.
This package includes unlimited communication from the time of booking and up to two hours of on-site support on the day of your elopement. Additional time or vendor coordination can be added if needed.
