Wedding Coordination

Our coordination services are for couples who want to be present on their wedding day instead of managing it.

Most couples come to us having already done a lot of the planning. You have your vendors booked, a general vision in mind, and a sense of how you want your day to feel. Our role is to step in during the months leading up to your wedding to organize those plans, ask the right questions, and make sure everything comes together in a thoughtful, realistic way.

We work with you through a series of check-in meetings at key points in the planning process. Early conversations focus on understanding your priorities and the big picture flow of your day. As the wedding gets closer, meetings become more logistics driven. We review your vendor team, talk through setup and layout, walk through ceremony and reception flow, and build out a timeline that reflects how you want the day to unfold. These meetings are meant to feel supportive and conversational, not overwhelming or rigid.

As we move into the final stretch, we begin stepping in as your main point of contact. We connect with your vendors, confirm details, and make sure everyone is working from the same plan. On the wedding day, we manage the moving pieces behind the scenes so you can focus on your people and your moments.

coordination includes:

• Overseeing vendor setup for ceremony and reception spaces

• Setup of personal décor and tabletop items

  (card box, guest book, signage, linens, place settings, centerpieces, favors, table numbers, etc.)

• Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages

• Wedding party lineup and ceremony cues

• Guiding key moments such as entrances, toasts, dances, cake cutting,

  and other special events

• Timeline management throughout the day

• Relocating ceremony chairs to reception space when applicable

• Gathering and securing personal items and gifts at the end of the night
