“We panic-hired Woodland Weddings as our day of coordinator a week and a half before our wedding... and thank GOD we did. Not only would our wedding have been absolute chaos without them, it actually went better than we could have imagined with them. They helped us coordinate our day of schedule, sharing really valuable insight as to how to make the evening run flawlessly. They touched base with all of our vendors and coordinated drop offs, pick ups, start times, etc. - far beyond what I could do or could think of to do myself. Additionally, on the day of the ceremony (actually like 30 minutes before the ceremony), we realized that the dock where we were having our ceremony didn't *actually* have power serving it (for the mic & ceremony music). They made quick action reaching out to the police on duty, who set it up without delaying our 4:30 start time. I'm sure there were many other behind-the-scenes hiccups that they encountered, ones that I'm not even aware of. They were professional, on top of things, and executed my vision perfectly.
