Custom Coordination
Our Custom Coordination option is designed to meet couples where they are in the planning process.
Not every wedding needs full coordination coverage, and not every couple needs the same level of support. Custom Coordination allows you to build a scaled version of coordination based on your specific needs, guest count, and timeline.
This option does not include everything that is offered in our standard Coordination package. Instead, it focuses on providing targeted support in the areas that will be most helpful for your event. Together, we will talk through what you have in place, what still needs attention, and how you would like to be supported.
Custom Coordination may include a smaller number of planning check-ins, limited pre-planning time, and a reduced amount of on-site coverage compared to our standard Coordination package. The exact scope of services is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Coordination is best suited for smaller-scale events or simpler timelines.

Final pricing is based on guest count, hours of coverage, and location.
